30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the cushion cover must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How to request a return
Contact [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Please obtain return authorization and return instructions before sending an item. Our return address is sooulspace, 42 Allée De La Redoute, 59118 Wambrechies, France. Customer-paid returns may therefore involve international shipping.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. The unused, original-condition requirements for change-of-mind returns do not prevent a claim about damage, defects or an incorrect item.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping when the return results from our error, damage or a product defect. For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Following approval, a refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact [email protected] if you need help with a refund.
