Where we ship
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO boxes. A street address within the supported area is required.
Shipping cost
All orders to our supported delivery area receive free standard shipping. No minimum purchase is required.
Handling and transit
Order handling takes an estimated 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3–4 business days. The combined estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days, calculated from the applicable processing start date. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Daily cutoff and business days
Our daily order cutoff is 7:00 PM at a fixed GMT−06:00 (Central Standard Time), year-round. This fixed offset does not change for daylight saving time and may differ from Chicago local time during summer. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders submitted after the cutoff, on weekends or on a holiday begin their handling calculation on the next business day.
